Privacy notice · Elsewhere testing applications

Version 1 · 15 October 2026

  1. Who is responsible.

MB Spaceiscode (company code 308144308), Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania, is the controller of the Elsewhere testing application list and operates this website. Contact: [email protected].

  2. What we collect.

When you apply: your email address, the task you describe, your setup, and, if you give them, the AI agents you use and how you found this page. When you confirm: the time you confirmed and the version of the consent text you agreed to. If you later tell us which site refuses you, that answer. We also record which version of this page you applied from and, if the link you followed carried one, a short campaign tag. We don’t store your IP address or browser details with your application.

  3. The location line on the page.

To show how this request reached us, the page reads the approximate country and network of your connection, as Cloudflare reports them, and shows them back to you. We don’t store them.

  4. Spam check.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes data about your browser and connection for that check. We receive only whether the check passed.

  5. Why, and on what basis.

We use your details to assess your application, to email you about testing Elsewhere, and to count how many people apply and how they found this page. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given with the checkbox and confirmed through the link we email you. Applying is voluntary. Without these details we can’t assess or contact you.

  6. Who decides.

A person reviews applications and decides who is invited. No decision about you is made by software alone.

  7. Who processes your details for us.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, stores the application list and runs the spam check, under Cloudflare’s data processing addendum. Plus Five Five, Inc., which operates the Resend email service, sends our emails to you, under Resend’s data processing agreement. Both companies are based in the United States, and transfers to them rely on the safeguards in those terms. If you email [email protected], your message is kept in our iCloud Mail account, provided by Apple Distribution International Ltd. in Ireland under Apple’s iCloud terms. We don’t give the list to anyone else, including Mysterium Network, and we don’t sell it.

  8. How long.

Our list: until you confirm, your application exists only inside the link we email you, and it never reaches the list if you don’t confirm within 48 hours. To stop repeat emails, we keep a one-way code of your address, not the address itself, for one hour after you apply. A confirmed application expires 180 days after you confirm it, or at once when you withdraw; an expired application is never used again and is erased from the list at the next clean-up, which runs whenever the site is in use. Our database provider, Cloudflare, keeps a recovery history of the database for up to 30 days, so a deleted application leaves that history within 30 days. We make no backups or exports of the list ourselves. Emails: Resend keeps the emails it sends for us, including your address and any link in them, for up to 30 days, and its backups for up to 7 days more. Emails between you and us stay in your mailbox and ours until they are deleted; withdrawing your application doesn’t delete them, but you can ask us to. If you’re invited to test, we’ll explain what we keep for the test before you install anything.

  9. Your rights.

You can see or withdraw your application at any time with the private link we email you. You can also email [email protected] to ask for access to your details, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy you can take elsewhere, or to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did before. You can complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) or to the authority where you live.

  10. If the list moves.

If the application list is ever to move to another company, we’ll tell you who, and ask you before your details go there.

  11. Cookies.

Our pages set no cookies. Your light or dark choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. The spam check runs in a frame from Cloudflare under Cloudflare’s terms.

  12. Changes.

We date every change to this notice. The version you agreed to is recorded with your application.
